What differentiates ChatGPT from other similar products?

The ease of use , the accuracy of spellcheck capability and its ability to generate information from a variety of sources. The aforementioned is what I think sets Chatgpt apart from close substitute generative AI ( artificial intelligence ) tools that I have tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a chatbot, the ability to train Chatgpt using our website data has impressed me as a user. This has allowed us to acquaint Chatgpt with common jargon specific to our products and services. We were able to use Chatgpt to scrape information across our website as part of its training process as against manually entering relevant information ourselves, which would had been time consuming.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the early days of using Chathpt as a chatbot, it was a regular occurrence to experience outages. This no longer happens as often as it used to, but everytime it has happened , we lose valuable sales prospects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chatgpt should be an important cornerstone of sales and marketing departments. It's a tool that should be leveraged by teams.

ChatGPT is an excellent way to get answers for your exquiries, it is super easy to use and handles a large number of requests continuously,, increases customer satisfaction and is available 24 hours, can be used from any time zones, and generates very creative answers for every request. It can handle multiple requests at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike about ChatGPT, Sometimes it shows inaccurate answer for given input,also it doesn't work with real time data such as ChatGPT 3.5 only has the data till the year 2022 and the image generator is only available for premium user.

ChatGPT helps me with content creation eg essays, emails, social media content, and creative responses for my day-to-day professional conversation. Also, It helps you in writing code scripts by just providing the requirements to them.
