What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?
Easy to use, easy to implement. Can decease your overall EDI costs dramatically. Sales and support team were wonderful to work with. Price was good, and it can help pay for itself in under a year.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Meets our security requirements and technical processes that were required by our cyber-insurance provider.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's really nothing to dislike -- any question we had was quickly answered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out and see if it can meet your process needs. The account team is great to work with and you'll figure out fast whether this product can help you like it did our company.

Good product that fits with our requirements

What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?
We use ArcESB as a communications tool for our EDI processes. The biggest deciding factor was the other software we owned is already prepared to integrate with ArcESB. The features and benefits give us the right mix of options when we want to integrate different EDI systems and partners together using the same product. I have not seen many similar products that address it as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That it integrates well with our existing products and allows us to use one software/service for all of our connections. Initially our connection numbers were limited but as we added more lines of communication we are able to handle them because of ArcESB.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because the software is well integrated with our other produces there is little that we need to configure that is not specified by our other partners. Overall everything that I handle internally is well done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think this would be a good option for handling multiple lines of communication and if it is not a requirement of the software you are using to consider it.

What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?
This is the only one I have used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User interface is simple and intuitive. The learning curve is not steep and technical support is amazing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints about Arc ESB nor does my IT team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't hesitate to reach out for technical help. They are great.
