Bitwarden is a great application.

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Bitwarden from other similar products?

They care most regarding their users and what works for them compared to different competitors. Being quite useful in retraining passwords for us as this may be a fancy task particularly after you are dealing with so much at work creating it hard to remember. The simplest feature of bitwarden is that it uses a really sturdy cryptographic rule (AES-256) and stores ciphertext within the files so that even if the offender gets ahold of the bitwarden files, it’d be nearly not possible to decode the data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bitwarden is simple to use, versatile and really secure. Not only does it allow you to store passwords like each different password manager, however it conjointly stores other necessary data as well. This makes Bitwarden a robust ally in your security. The application is used by us in several departments as a result of it’s very simple to use and only desires some clicks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only dislike I even have is: the info breach checker doesn’t work well. It doesn’t give correct results with a number of my emails. It shows no data has been found on data breaches though one of my very old password was compromised from a web site data breach. Conjointly on their android app, I even have selected to not lock my vault. However still it automatically locks my vault occasionally. I believe that should be fixed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The foremost necessary factor I favor regarding Bitwarden is that it’s both free and open source. You’ll be able to use it on as several devices as you wish at the same time. Its set feature works awesome. Though being open-source, it’s been maintaining users’ security and guaranteeing the protection of their passwords with utmost importance. I like to recommend this.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product

Solid password management service

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Bitwarden from other similar products?

Bitwarden is now one of the only open source and strongest password managers out there that enables syncing across multiple devices and device kinds. We can store an unlimited number of passwords and credentials, use its solid password generator, we can set 2FA, and we are also able to check the Security Breach report to see if any of our authentications have been hacked.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Bitwarden password management system has enabled me to make use of additional and strong security features such as multi-factor authentication, password vault analysis, and password health checks which I haven't actually met in other comparable systems. It does everything that more expensive options are unable to do. The Chrome extension performed admirably. The new sharing features are quite welcome, as this was previously a major issue that has now been resolved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free edition of this software is pretty simple, the user experience is not as smooth as competitors, in fact, it is clunkier, and new users might not have a seamless experience on it, but they became comfortable with time. New Users may also face difficulties in obtaining data from complicated login pages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitwarden password manager solution may use some work and may make you annoyed when first try to use it, but there's no denying that it's a terrific service and a heck of a lot, whether you want to test its free version or want to buy a subscription of its premium version.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
  • Effective Service

Brilliant and Intricate password manager

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Bitwarden from other similar products?

Where LastPass failed to assist me, Bitwarden excelled and surpassed me in all of these areas. When I left LastPass, I experimented with various technologies since I was having difficulty managing issues with LastPass. So, more out of annoyance than necessity, I began looking for other password managers. Bitwarden was the term that sprang to mind, and when I examined it, it was mind-blowing, even during the test time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's strong, highly featured with unlimited password storing and syncing possibilities across limitless devices and on any type of platform, and, more significantly, it's highly safe, and open-source: all of these features are admirable in Bitwarden. Bitwarden also includes 1GB of secured storage space and emergency access, which allow us to nominate an emergency line that can connect our enterprise account if we are incapacitated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well, to be honest, I only use it due to its powerful features and limitless capacities, but when it comes to simplicity and usability, it is quite difficult to use. It's not ideal because Bitwarden has a buggier user interface and the experience is plainly rougher than LastPass, but these are minor quibbles when you're as jaded as I was.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can get over its some and easily negligible drawbacks, Bitwarden contains practically everything you and your team might want or demand in a password management system. There are numerous apps available for all platforms. Everything appears to be extremely stable. You can also use it on your phone.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Efficient Service
