Allows users to create group chats, send instant messages and see the real-time status of our colleagues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seamless communication and secured data sharing across different applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
API is toublesome to set up. User interface ia not very intuitive and can be a hassle for new users who are not familier with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you consider security over cloud video communications and data sharing then go for it otherwise there are a lot other applications with a better user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is that I can communicate and collaborate via audio and video conferencing with a large number of participants. I like that it allows integration with third-party platforms such as CRM, Helpdesk or ticketing systems, and voice systems. Also it offers an AI-powered chatbot that can assist users in performing various tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking flights, and hotels, and making payments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that there are occasional crashes or slow performance using the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
These are some of my recommendations for someone considering this product. Firstly, assess your requirements and ensure that the software can meet your needs. Check if the software can integrate with the tools your business already uses. Also, Make sure to consider all costs involved and compare it to the available alternatives. Ensure that the software complies with your organization's data protection policies. Finally, take the opportunity to test the software and evaluate its features before committing to a purchase.
