What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

Automations takes it beyond simple ESP tools like MailChimp, but still lags behind the likes of HubSpot and lacks the niched focus of a Klaviyo.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automations are good and easy to setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bugs. It has gotten better over the years, but there are still UX bugs that annoy and the odd error with scheduled emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great step up from simple ESPs/CRMs. The automations allow businesses to get a lot of uses close to HubSpot, at a cheaper price.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

It’s hard to capture the pure relief we had when coming across ActiveCampaign. After looking at so many different options that either didn’t have all the functionalities we needed or were cost prohibitive we were discouraged. I think what makes ActiveCampaign stand apartIs the combination of key marketing components that often require you to choose separate piecemeal approaches or to go without some critical feature you neeed. It’s also highly intuitive and useable like, for example, Hubspot but at a much more accessible price point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s intuitive and easy-to-use for both beginning and advanced users. Our sales team can easily make some use of the deal pipeline, our interns can easily input info and our developers and programmers can get key into about demographics and analytics While making our emails and landing pages higher converting. I would echo what I’ve said elsewhere in this review: the design, team and continuous improvement of ActiveCampaign has resulted in a super super super useable product that’s intuitive to pick up on and intuitive to actually use ans keep using.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free trial limited some features and functionalities. There’s no reason for this. We would have upgraded peery quickly regardless. The product really is that good!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try the 14 day trial. I would also say definitely take in and try the CRM side as well as the email marketing side. That’s what makes AC so good. Their cherry picked out the exact features you’ll need to increase revenue and grown your business. They’ve kept current trends in business and current n realities about marketing and digital that’s pretty rare—get the power of 10+ enterprise tools in one great app.
