Slack boast a greater number of integrations, flexibility, collaboration superior bots for automations and slightly better usability compared to other products

Slack makes use of eye-catching typefaces, lively colours, responsive themes and an intuitive user interface. They also have practical fractures
What do you dislike most about this product?
Distraction slack is a great product and has a lot of benefits but it can encourage people to be constantly distracted and feel like they are Always on a call

Slack allows scheduling meeting with partner You can easily add slack messages to Google sheets You can sync your calendar status with your Google calendar

Not much although most people on our team have used slack before joining

Ease of use + ability to collab with other organizations
What do you dislike most about this product?
They were going to scrape user data to train their AI models - we will switch to a more pricey-focused vendor if they try that again. Other than that, I think its a good service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
