Software Reviews names TeamDynamix ITSM, OmniTracker, Agiloft Service Desk, Cherwell ITSM, SysAid and IBM Control Desk among IT Service management Customer Experience Awards Gold Medalists


Toronto, ON – August 3rd, 2018 – Software Reviews, a division of world-class research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group Inc., published its 2018 IT Service Management Customer Experience Awards, naming six Gold Medalists in the space: TeamDynamix ITSM, OmniTracker, Agiloft Service Desk, Cherwell ITSM, SysAid and IBM Control Desk.
 
Software Reviews’ Customer Experience awards are created entirely from expert-user feedback. Vendors are evaluated by IT leaders, business professionals, and end-users, examining relative performance across the Emotional Footprint provided by the vendor. Specifically, this measures performance spanning five areas:

1)Service Experience, 2) Conflict Resolution, 3) Negotiation and Contract, 4) Strategy and Innovation and 5) Product Impact.

The ITSM category was bunched at the top, seeing six Gold Medal winners. TeamDynamix ITSM, OmniTracker, Agiloft Service Desk, Cherwell ITSM, SysAid and IBM Control Desk all scored extremely well, highlighting outstanding customer service and experience for their users.
