What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Accelo is making additional time available to our staff so that they may contribute in other areas of the business. Time is taken away from project management chores and other areas, allowing our team to focus on external client business. Accelo has been able to clearly identify where we are overdelivering on tasks and clients - we have been able to track where we are spending more time than predicted and, as a result, change our company pricing and delivery where necessary.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accelo has a highly rational working style that complements its automation wonderfully. You may also customize the capacity levels on the schedule boards, making Accelo extremely adaptable to your specific company requirements. There are several possibilities for the reports, so there is always something accessible for what you require. Accelo is fantastic software with good customer service. We've seen various benefits from adopting Accelo, including more time today because to the automated procedures and project management capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you first start using Accelo, it might be difficult to grasp. From the time we purchased and tested the program, we had difficulty using it efficiently. When faults and issues arise in Accelo, it takes a lot of effort to figure out what the problem is, and remedies might take a long time. When the problem is little, this can be quite aggravating; but, when an issue emerges that impacts the way your organization operates, this can become a huge issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The easiest approach to find out if it's appropriate for you is to give it a go. Everyone's company demands are different, but Accelo can be adapted to your specifications. Use Accelo extensive resources to ensure that all modules and language are correct from the start. Have someone who is well-versed in Accelo train other team members.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Accelo new reporting tools have enabled us to collect a lot more data, allowing us to create KPIs. Furthermore, it has assisted us in tracking hours in a very precise manner, which will assist us in ensuring that all of our labor is lucrative. I can neatly organize my work and swiftly review them all. It's simple to filter my projects and tasks based on who I allocated them to, and the search option is nice and useful if I need to find anything special. Accelo is very quick, so it can keep up with me when I'm in a rush and have a lot to accomplish.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accelo is continually being updated, and the growth of reporting and customisation has enabled us to gather additional operational data. There are several features to accommodate various preferences. I can fine-tune my Accelo board based on what I want from my experience. I enjoy the bookmark on the home page because it inspires me when I need it. I really enjoy how the scheduling system shows how much time is on someone's schedule using a graph. The ability to automatically confirm or schedule tasks is also quite useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It might be difficult at times due to the chaos of everything on the screen. I find that there are too many stages involved in updating any schedule when using the schedule function, and it may be unpleasant to spend so much time on something that someone might fix with better code. However, our selections have grown since the first time we checked in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Accelo is a fantastic solution for managing everything (workflow, time tracking, CRM, sales/marketing, and so on) in one location. It is critical to configure Accelo correctly by knowing what each report need to perform properly, as going back and fixing problems might take a long time. Make sure you're familiar with all of the numerous ways to utilize Accelo; certain aspects took me a while to figure out. To prevent receiving too many email messages, experiment with alternative methods of using Accelo and examine your notification choices.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

The client work management software provides you with a complete view of your most recent company data and financial performance with an emphasis on time and money. You never need to ask for a status update because client conversations, activities, and work are all centralized on a single platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accelo has done a good job of keeping client information organized, making it simple to send out sales quotations, and handling payments. Additionally, it has prevented us from overbooking our workers by keeping us organized as we look at new customer assignments. The capacity of Accelo to track monthly budget on retainers and carry over funds to next months is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The more precise ability to shift invoices around when created within Accelo would be my only complaint. The ability to relocate or convert tasks produced in the kanban task board into tickets, projects, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Once everything is in place, your business will operate beautifully throughout the client interaction—from quoting to selling to administration. I may monitor my team members' emails and respond on their behalf when they go on vacation. Additionally, it has prevented me from skipping follow-ups. It just won't happen due to the way the triggers have been constructed.
